Janusz Rospond is an experienced operations manager currently at OEConnection since February 2018, overseeing a team of over 65 individuals to ensure effective management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures. Janusz's career began as a Technical Customer Support Team Leader and an Analyst Compiler, focusing on day-to-day operations and creating spare parts catalogues for Ford.

Playing our part right from the start Back in 2000, OEMs were facing a huge hurdle selling parts into dealerships, mechanical shops, and collision shops.
