Teodomiro Capilla has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they worked at Grupo Oesía as the Director of Digital Solutions, where they focused on designing software development organization and digital solution architectures. Prior to that, they served as a Lecturer at MBIT School, specializing in executive training in Data Science, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence.
Teodomiro also has experience as a Cloud Application and Integration Architect at Paradigma Digital, where they focused on modernizing legacy solutions and migrating to the cloud. Teodomiro was the Manager of Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, Big Data & Machine Learning at Tinámica, where they executed consulting projects to align company strategy with technology and data.

Teodomiro Capilla completed an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 1984 to 1988.
Teodomiro Capilla then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General at IE Business School from 1998 to 1999.
In 2000 to 2001, Teodomiro Capilla attended ESIC Business & Marketing School, where they obtained a Master’s Degree in General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations.
From 2003 to 2004, Teodomiro Capilla pursued another Master’s Degree, this time in Accounting and Finance, at IE Business School.
In 2013 to 2014, Teodomiro Capilla obtained a Master’s Degree in Neuroscience from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
Teodomiro Capilla went on to pursue further education in the field of data science and machine learning. From 2016 to 2017, they completed a Master’s degree at MBIT School, specializing in Datascience - Machine Learning - Big Data. Additionally, in 2018 to 2019, they earned a Master’s Degree in Advanced Machine Learning, Deep Learning from the same institution.
Most recently, in 2011, Teodomiro Capilla attended IESE Business School and obtained a PDG (Program for Management Development) in Business Administration and Management, General.
