Caroline Cason is an experienced Senior Research Manager at Ofcom, having joined the organization in 2005 and held various roles over the years. In the current position, Caroline has led numerous projects in quantitative and qualitative research, contributing to key publications such as the Technology Tracker and the Disabled Consumer Report. Prior to this, Caroline served as a Senior Reporting Analyst, managing business intelligence for the Executive Committee and overseeing mobile device usage analysis that resulted in significant cost savings. With previous experience as a Personal Assistant in notable companies including Aegis Media, Deloitte & Touche, and Carat, Caroline brings a diverse skill set in management support, event coordination, and research expertise.
