Cynthia Hswe has extensive work experience in various marketing and sales roles. Cynthia is currently the Director of Sales at OFD Foods, LLC. Prior to this, they worked at Farmer Brothers as the Director of Sales, where they were recognized for their expertise in brand management and strategic customer relationship management. Cynthia also held the position of Vice President of Marketing at Boyd's Coffee and Director of Strategic Marketing at Boyd Coffee Company. Before that, Cynthia was the Brand Manager of Yogi Tea at Golden Temple, where they successfully managed the brand through new positioning and promotional tactics. Cynthia began their career at Kraft Foods, where they held multiple roles, including Brand Manager of Post Selects Cereals, Sr. Associate Brand Manager of POST Pebbles Cereal, Sr. Associate Brand Manager of BALANCE Bar, and Associate Brand Manager of BREYERS Yogurt. Cynthia also worked as a Senior Analyst at The Strategis Group. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their ability to drive growth, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful marketing strategies.
Cynthia Hswe completed their bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Marketing from the NYU Stern School of Business, where they attended from 2001 to 2003.
