Off2Class
James Heywood has a diverse work experience in the field of English as a Second Language (ESL) education. James is currently the Head of Product and Content and Co-Founder at Off2Class, where they focus on creating ESL content and reducing lesson planning time for ESL teachers. Prior to this, James co-founded TurksLearnEnglish.com in 2011, an online platform offering private tuition to both young learners and adults. James started their teaching career at Hisar School in Istanbul in 2006, where they primarily taught English to middle school students aged 12 to 14 years old.
James Heywood attended Flinders University from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Romance languages. Following that, they pursued further education at Sorbonne University from 1995 to 1996, earning a Master of Arts in Linguística.
