Office Ally

Office Ally started in 2000 as a medical claims clearinghouse for professional and institutional providers. The business model was simple: Provide clearinghouse services to medical providers at no cost. They started with the Independent Physicians Associations (IPAs) in California and quickly expanded. They now have a presence in every state in thecountry. In 2006, They began providing additional software products to further empower the healthcare industry. They started by creating their Online Entry tool, allowing providers to easily enter claims online at no cost and automatically submit them to Insurance companies/Payers electronically. Later that same year, they launched Practice Mate, their free practice management system. Over the next few years they continued to thrive and implemented EHR 24/7, their Electronic Health Records system that competes with all the expensive EHR systems on the market today. They also launched Patient Ally, their Personal Health Record Portal that allows patients to communicate with their providers and their staff electronically through Practice Mate and EHR 24/7.
