Joe Manke

Joe Manke currently serves as the Information & Digital Services (IDS) Program Manager at the Office of Natural Resources Revenue since January 2022. Prior to this role, Joe Manke held multiple positions at the Bureau of Land Management from November 2010 to January 2022, including Division Chief of Information Resource Management, where responsibilities encompassed leading over 290 federal and contract staff to provide IT operational support services. Joe Manke also served as Chief of Project Management, overseeing teams in project management and business analysis, and was a key member of the National Project Management section responsible for national applications. Earlier experience includes a project management role at the Bureau of Reclamation, contributing to enterprise computer systems supporting water management, and a position at the U.S. General Services Administration focused on federal building inventory and billing applications. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Project Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Decision Science & Management Information Systems from George Mason University.
