Simon Duck is an accomplished IT professional with extensive leadership experience in infrastructure and operations. Currently serving as Head of IT - Infrastructure and Operations at Officeworks since August 2021, Simon previously held the position of GM Technology (Infrastructure and Operations) at Tabcorp from April 2018 to April 2021, where responsibilities included global management of a $40M OPEX budget and oversight of 200 staff. Simon successfully delivered world-class infrastructure services and led significant IT projects that enhanced operational efficiency. Prior roles at Tabcorp also encompassed GM IT Service Delivery, with a track record of flawless performance during high-stakes events such as the Spring Racing Carnival. Simon's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Melbourne and a Diploma in Management from the Australian Institute of Management.
