Cao Phong DUONG has extensive experience in business process outsourcing and data operations, currently serving as Associate Director at Officience since December 2005, a leading French BPO provider based in Vietnam. In addition, Cao Phong DUONG has held the position of Associate Director at Crunch, Officience's subsidiary specializing in Data operations, since January 2012. Prior experience includes working as a Project Controller at AREVA T&D from April 2002 to December 2005, and as a Network & System Administrator at DECYLOG / ADMIRAL / CMG between 1998 and 2002, contributing to significant projects for clients such as Bouygues Telecom and Banque de France. Academic credentials include studies at ISC Paris from 1995 to 1997 and Lycee Paul Valery from 1993 to 1995.
