Rosie Almond, PhD, is a Lead Behavioural Scientist at Ofgem since July 2025, following a role as Lead Associate (Secondment) at the Financial Conduct Authority, where leadership of the Behavioural Insights Policy Lab team focused on delivering research insights for regulatory policy. Prior experience includes serving as a Behavioural Risk Manager at NatWest Group, where behavioural risk across customer and employee domains was addressed, and as a Senior Behavioural Scientist at FSCB, leading a cross-industry initiative on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Rosie Almond holds a PhD in Experimental Economics from the University of East Anglia, alongside a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor of Science in related fields.
