Rosie Almond

Rosie Almond, PhD, is a Lead Behavioural Scientist at Ofgem since July 2025, following a role as Lead Associate (Secondment) at the Financial Conduct Authority, where leadership of the Behavioural Insights Policy Lab team focused on delivering research insights for regulatory policy. Prior experience includes serving as a Behavioural Risk Manager at NatWest Group, where behavioural risk across customer and employee domains was addressed, and as a Senior Behavioural Scientist at FSCB, leading a cross-industry initiative on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Additional roles encompass Research Trials Manager at NEST, Integration and Outreach Officer at Grapes Hill Community Garden, various research and teaching positions at the University of East Anglia, and contribution to local food poverty initiatives. Rosie Almond holds a PhD in Experimental Economics from the University of East Anglia, alongside a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor of Science in related fields.
