Willis Chang

Willis has experience in preparing and prosecuting applications in diverse computing technologies from cloud computing, wireless networks, and video streaming to virtual reality and computer hardware. Having worked at a leading IP boutique firm and a global IP litigation powerhouse, he has also served as a technical lead in support of inter partes review and other litigation proceedings involving video decoding standards, wireless network standards, and computer power management. Willis received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
