Jie Li

Jie Li has over 20 years of experience in research and development, primarily serving as the Director of Research and Development at OFS from November 2001 to July 2017. Prior to this role, Jie Li held positions as Senior Manager at Lucent Technologies from February 1999 to November 2001 and as Engineering Manager at SpecTran Specialty Optics Company from December 1996 to February 1999. Jie Li holds a Ph.D. in Ceramic Science and Engineering from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, earned between January 1990 and January 1996, and a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, obtained from January 1986 to January 1989.
