Ruseal Brewer

Ruseal Brewer is an experienced attorney currently serving at OGE Energy Corp since October 2019, with a longstanding role as Judge Advocate in the Oklahoma Army National Guard since August 2010. Previously, Ruseal Brewer worked as an Assistant Attorney General at the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office from May 2017 to October 2019 and as an attorney for the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food & Forestry from 2006 to 2017. Ruseal Brewer holds a Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Science from Xavier University.
