Ogen
Sagi Balasha is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, particularly in organizations focused on social finance and community advocacy. Currently serving as CEO of Ogen since September 2016, Sagi is dedicated to enhancing financial well-being and inclusion for underserved Israeli communities. Prior roles include Co-founder and CEO of Voices of Israel, where efforts were directed towards improving Israel's global perception, and CEO of the Israeli-American Council, aimed at strengthening Israeli-American identities. Additional experience includes finance and development leadership at Beit Hatfutsot, and significant roles in the Israeli Ministry of Finance and The Jewish Agency for Israel. Sagi holds an MA in Public Policy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a BA in Economics and Geography from Ben Gurion University.
