Anoushka Parikh has a diverse background, with experience in athlete management, founding a company, and working in the field of sports education. Currently managing athletes at Olympic Gold Quest and leading as a founder at Stepeaz, Anoushka also serves as the Head IGTV at WhatsInTheGame. Previously interned at Simply Sport Foundation, Anoushka worked on the Menstruation & Sport Program, focusing on educating athletes and coaches on the impact of menstruation on sports performance. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Anoushka has a strong educational foundation to support their work in the sports industry.

OGQ is a not-for-profit foundation which is committed to bridging the gap between the best athletes in India and the best athletes in the world thus helping Indian athletes to win Olympic Gold medals.
