Below is the pay range for this position that we reasonably expect to pay. Individual compensation is based on various factors including experience, education, skillset, and other relevant qualifications. This range is for the North Carolina location and may be adjusted to the labor market in other geographic areas.
Anticipated compensation range: $24/hr - $27/hr
The Opportunity:

This dual-role position involves the maintenance and upkeep of both greenhouse facilities and laboratory spaces dedicated to plant research. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity, functionality, and cleanliness of these environments to support ongoing scientific endeavors.
