Matthew Thiede is an experienced sports operations and coaching professional currently serving as a Student Operations Assistant at The Ohio State University Department of Athletics since September 2019. With a background in football coaching, Matthew has been the Offensive Run Game Coordinator and Offensive/Defensive Line Coach for the Ohio State University Football Club since August 2017, where responsibilities include developing linemen and assisting in game plan preparation. Previous roles include Operations Assistant at OSU Ice Rink, Match Day Operations Intern for Columbus Crew SC, and Graduate Assistant for the Broad Run High School football team. Matthew holds a Master of Education degree in Integrated Language Arts from The Ohio State University, completed in 2022.
