Justin Eafford

Justin Eafford is a dedicated community mental health worker currently employed at OhioGuidestone since June 2019. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cleveland State University, Justin has built a diverse background in education and youth support, having held various positions such as educator at Right At School, site coordinator and lead teacher at Springboard Education in America, tutor at Open Doors Academy, and summer camp lead teacher at Children First of Cleveland. Experience also includes roles as a one-on-one aide at the Positive Education Program and tutor through the America Reads Program. Throughout these roles, Justin has focused on fostering positive relationships, ensuring student safety, and promoting academic achievement for youth and children.
