Vincenzo Martucci

Vincenzo Martucci is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various kitchen roles, currently serving as Co-Owner at Chicco d'Oro since September 2021. Prior to this position, Vincenzo held several roles, including Chef de Partie at Ristorante Le Vele from March 2014 to January 2021 and Ristorante Leoni from September 2013 to January 2014. Additional experience includes positions as Chef de Partie at Ristorante Circolino del Molo, and Castello di Albereto, as well as culinary roles at Osteria della Miseria and SeaSalt Restaurant. Vincenzo began culinary training as a stagista at Ristorante il Piastrino and has a background in pastry from Tiffany's Hotel and Vicolo Santa Lucia. Educational qualifications include studies at Università di Pavia from 1997 to 2001, complemented by a scientific high school diploma and foundational education at Scuole Medie G. Guinizzelli in Bologna.
