Graeme Findlay

Graeme Findlay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and marketing across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Consultancy and Implementation at Ohpen since February 2024, Graeme previously held multiple leadership roles at Legal & General from March 2011 to February 2024, including Head of Digital Service Transformation, where responsibilities included leading digital initiatives for the Workplace Pensions business, and Head of Digital Channels in General Insurance, focused on P&L performance and digital customer engagement. Prior experience includes positions at E.ON as UK Digital Lead, and roles at Alliance & Leicester overseeing marketing communications and eCommerce strategies. Graeme began a career in project management at NatWest Mortgage Services and holds a BSc Hons in Economics from the University of Southampton.
