Bruno Palombo has over 15 years of experience in Business Intelligence, currently serving as the Business Intelligence Manager at Oi S.A since January 2008. In this role, Bruno leads a team that provides accurate information to the telecommunications regulatory agency (ANATEL) and supports various business segments, including Operations, Billing, and Revenue Assurance. Previously held positions at Oi S.A include Business Intelligence Specialist, Senior Analyst, Analyst, and Trainee, where responsibilities ranged from data optimization and project development to delivering insights on network traffic and corporate indicators. Bruno began their career with internships in I.T. Marketing at Souza Cruz and Software Development at U.NEAR. In 2011, completed an Advanced Course in Service Management at COPPEAD UFRJ, following a Computer Engineering degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (2002-2008).
