Dave Robinett is currently the Chief Legal Officer at OJO since December 2018. Prior to that, Dave was the Co-Founder of Eton Venture Services, Ltd. Co. where Dave provided 409a valuation services and financial services. Dave also founded Robinett Law Firm, where Dave represented founders, start-up companies, and venture capital funds in various industries. With a background in corporate & securities law, Dave has also worked at Vinson and Elkins, Gunderson Dettmer, and Hughes & Luce, LLP. Before their legal career, Dave taught high school math at Houston ISD and New Orleans Public Schools. Dave holds a JD from The University of Texas School of Law, an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from Texas McCombs School of Business, and a BS in Mathematical Economics from Tulane University.
