Marshall Vogts

Director, Community Development at Oklahoma Department of Commerce

Marshall Vogts is the Community Development Division Director at Oklahoma Department of Commerce since September 2005. With over 25 years of experience, Marshall directs the implementation of various community development grants and oversees a team of financial and programmatic experts. Additionally, Marshall serves on multiple boards and commissions related to early childhood development, energy policy, homelessness, and economic development. Prior to this role, Marshall worked as a Child Support Specialist at Oklahoma Department of Human Services and currently teaches as an Adjunct Professor at OSU OKC. Marshall holds a Master of Science degree in Sociology from Oklahoma State University.
