Currently serving as a Product Manager for Spera at Okta since February 2024, Dor also co-founded and serves as CEO of Spera Security, focusing on identity and access management. Previous experience includes a role as Product Manager for Google Cloud Security in 2021 and significant contributions at Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200, where Dor directed multiple lifesaving products and led software R&D teams. Dor's educational background includes an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an M.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University, and a B.Sc in Computer Science and Physics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, completed as part of the prestigious Talpiot Program.
