Currently serving as Vice President and Head of FP&A and Group Controller at Olam Agri since April 2020, Manikandan has driven business performance optimization, strategic planning, and comprehensive Board reporting. Previous roles include Group Controller at Olam, where significant improvements in process and governance were achieved, and Director of Global Dairy Operations, overseeing substantial capital management and profitability initiatives. Additional experience includes finance management positions at OK Foods Limited, Olam International UK Limited, and Olam Information Services. Manikandan holds an ICWAI degree in Accounting and Finance and an MBA from Madras University.
