Brian Swab

Brian Swab currently serves as the Director and Business Solutions Leader for Supply Chain and Operations at OLAPLEX since July 2025. Previously held roles include Director of Portfolio Management at Greif, Director of Business Transformation at Regency Technologies, and Director of Information Technology at Vitamix. At Regency Technologies, Brian led an ERP selection program and managed the implementation of transportation management software, while at Vitamix, Brian was responsible for the entire application portfolio and delivered multiple deployments weekly. Earlier roles included Program Manager for Procurement at Aleris International and Associate Partner at Rosetta, along with a significant tenure at Accenture as Senior Manager. Brian earned a BS in Mathematics from Bowling Green State University and has been recognized multiple times with awards for excellence in performance.
