Tiberiu Stanescu

Tiberiu Stanescu currently serves as the Director of Cybersecurity & Infrastructure at Olaplex Inc. since October 2021 and is the founder of Stanescu Technologies, Inc., established in February 2017. Previously, Tiberiu held the position of Director of Infrastructure Practice at Performance Improvement Partners, LLC from April 2017 to October 2021 and worked as an adjunct professor at Rutgers University, teaching Object Oriented Programming with Java. Earlier roles include Director of Project Engineering (Interim) at Axiom Technology Group, Senior IT & Infrastructure Manager at Charter Brokerage LLC, and Senior Network Engineer / Project Manager at Leader Computer Systems. Tiberiu's career began as a Computer Technician at Infoserve Technologies Corp., followed by promotions to Supervising Technician / Network Administrator at the New York City Department of Education, where responsibilities included managing IT infrastructure for multiple schools. Tiberiu holds a Baccalaureate Program of Science in Computer Information Systems from the New York City College of Technology.
