Kelsey Kendall

Kelsey Kendall is a seasoned communications professional with a diverse background in public relations and journalism. Currently serving as a Public Relations Specialist at Old Dominion University since March 2024, Kelsey has previously held significant roles such as Education Reporter at The Virginian-Pilot and Digital Editor at the Las Vegas Review-Journal. With experience as a General Assignment Reporter at the Las Vegas Daily Optic and as an Africa writer intern at Modern Treatise, Kelsey has developed strong storytelling skills. Prior engagement includes working as an Education Volunteer with the Peace Corps and managing social media as Social Media Manager at Collegian Media Group. Kelsey has also contributed as a Communications Assistant for the Kansas State University Department of Agricultural Economics and held various roles at Collegian Media Group over four years. Kelsey holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism and Anthropology from Kansas State University.
