Krista Harrell serves as the Associate Vice President for Alumni Relations at Old Dominion University since December 2022. Previously, Krista held the position of Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs at the University of South Alabama from July 2021 to December 2022 and was the Associate Dean of Students there from July 2012 to May 2022, overseeing the Student Center Services and Office of Student Activities. Krista's experience also includes teaching responsibilities as an Adjunct Faculty member in the College of Education at the University of South Alabama and serving as a Graduate Research Assistant for SACS Reaffirmation at Old Dominion University. Krista earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Old Dominion University and holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Counseling & Higher Education from the same institution.
