Richard Massey

Richard Massey has extensive experience in financial management and leadership, notably serving at Old Dominion University from August 1995 to retirement as Associate VP Emeritus for Foundations, after holding positions as Associate VP for Foundations/Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer - Foundations. Prior to this, Richard worked with the US Army Cadet Command from 1993 to 1995 as Director of Resource Management and served in various roles within the US Army Training & Doctrine Command and HQ, US Army. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a BS in Accounting from the University of Dayton, an Associate of Business Administration from Georgia Military College, as well as attendance at the US Air Force Staff College and the US Army Command & General Staff College.
