Ian Carlson has extensive work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Ian started their career as a Trainee Chartered Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co in 1992. Ian then worked as a Tax Accountant at Kingfisher plc from 1996 to 1998. Ian joined Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in 1998 as a Business Analyst before moving to Marks and Spencer as the Head of Finance, GM Logistics from 2000 to 2002. Ian then worked as the Finance Director at Met Office from 2002 to 2007. Currently, Ian holds the position of Managing Director at Old Mill since February 2008 and also serves as the Chief Financial Officer.
Ian Carlson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University of Southampton from 1989 to 1992. In addition, they have earned certifications in the experienced leaders development programme from Windsor Leadership, as well as in PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner from APMG International.
