Logan Fransman currently serves as the Group Operations Executive at Old Mutual Namibia since March 2023 and teaches Demand Planning and Forecasting Techniques to Master's students as a part-time lecturer at the Namibia University of Science and Technology. Prior experience includes holding the position of Executive: Technology and Innovation at TRANSNAMIB LIMITED from July 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities involved strategic planning and management of the Technology and Innovation department. Logan's earlier roles included Director of the Namibian-German Centre for Logistics and Acting Director at the Polytechnic of Namibia, focusing on programme development and IT administration within logistics. Logan began a career as an IT technician and held various positions in technical and sales roles originating from junior technician roles in the late 1990s. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Technology in Business Computing from the Polytechnic of Namibia.
