Patricia Olivier is the Managing Director of Corporate Segment at Old Mutual Namibia, focusing on employee benefits since January 2017. Prior to this role, Patricia served as the HR Executive for Old Mutual, overseeing group HR functions across multiple companies from October 2011 to December 2016. Patricia's career began at the National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (NAMCOR), where various positions were held from 1993 to September 2011, culminating as Petroleum Downstream Manager. Earlier experience includes project coordination at TUCSIN and teaching science at Dr. Lemmer High School. Patricia holds a Master of Philosophy in Management Coaching and an Executive MBA from Stellenbosch Business School, along with a Higher Education Diploma from the University of Namibia and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Cape Town, supplemented by an honours degree in Business Management and Administration.
