Previously, Soul held management positions at Regent Insurance and worked as an actuarial analyst at Alexander Forbes. Soul's educational credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership from Stellenbosch Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of the Witwatersrand. Additionally, Soul serves as a Director and Board Member at Old Mutual Namibia.
