Ryan C. Kitchell

Ryan C. Kitchell was appointed to the Old National Bancorp Board of Directors in January 2018 and is an independent director of the company. He serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Indiana University Health where he previously served as Chief Financial Officer since 2012. Mr. Kitchell is deemed to be a 'Financial Expert' as defined by rules set forth by the SEC. He serves on several boards, including the Indiana Sports Corporation, Boy Scouts of America Crossroads Council, the Indiana Motorsports Commission, the Indiana State Chamber of Commerce and the 2021 NBA All-Star Game Board of Directors.
