David Kozoyed has accumulated over three decades of experience in information technology, starting as a Programmer Analyst in 1992. David progressed to roles including Database Administrator, Assistant Director of Database Administration, Director of Business Intelligence and Data Services, Director IT Solutions, and Executive Director of Enterprise Systems at Old Dominion University. In their most recent position at Old Point National Bank, they serve as the Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer for Information Technology. Throughout their career, Kozoyed has demonstrated leadership in overseeing diverse technical teams and successfully implementing business solutions to support the mission goals and objectives of the organizations they have served.
David Kozoyed attended Old Dominion University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems. In 2001, they obtained the Oracle Certified Professional certification from Oracle Corporation.
