Joycelyn has extensive experience in commercial lending and underwriting, with a focus on managing credit risk and building relationships with commercial clients.
Joycelyn S. obtained a BBA in Finance from Florida International University - College of Business in 1987. Joycelyn later earned an MSM in Management from Hampton University in 1992. In 2006, they attended the Virginia Bankers Association at the University of Virginia for the School of Bank Management. In 2012, Joycelyn obtained a Credit Risk Certification from The Risk Management Association.
