Lori Biddlecome

Lori Biddlecome, MS, SHRM-CP, currently serves as HR Manager at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope since August 2023. Prior to this role, Lori held the position of VP of Operations at ScoutLogic Background Screening from June 2022 to January 2023, contributing to the company's mission of simplifying background checks for recruiters. From November 2013 to June 2022, Lori was Operations Manager and Human Resources at Occuscreen, a nationally accredited Consumer Reporting Agency focused on pre-employment background and occupational health screenings. Earlier in Lori's career, a role as a Teller at JPMorgan Chase & Co. was held from July 2009 to March 2013. Lori obtained a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University in 2021, following a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Oregon University in 2013.
