Cesar Zea, MBA, Chartered Marketer (CMA), currently holds the position of Senior Manager, Customer Intelligence and Insights at OLG, where responsibilities include spearheading a comprehensive market research strategy to enhance player experience through insights integration across Customer Experience and analytics. Prior to OLG, Cesar served as the Head of Voice of Customer for Manulife, leading VOC teams across Canada, Asia, and the US, while at IGM Financial Inc. as Director of Market Research, Cesar managed customer experience programs and primary research projects. Previous roles include Vice President of Client Management at Kantar, Director and Senior Account Manager at Millward Brown, Marketing Research Assistant at General Motors Canada, and Marketing Assistant at General Motors Ecuador. Cesar obtained an MBA in Market Research from Escuela Politécnica Nacional and a Business Bachelor's in Marketing and Finance from Universidad de Las Américas (EC).
