Ian Shelswell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ian started their career at UBS Investment Bank as an Analyst in TMT Investment Banking in 2004. Ian then joined Mezzanine Capital Partners as an Associate, focusing on Venture Debt and Equity Direct Investing from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, Ian worked at J.P. Morgan as an Associate in TMT Investment Banking. From 2016 to 2018, they held the role of Senior Business Analyst at the Sault Ste. Marie Innovation Centre. Ian then moved to UP - Driving Lottery and Gaming Business Success, where they served as a Senior Business Development Manager from 2016 to 2017 and later as a Director of Business Development and Strategic Finance from 2018 to 2018. Since 2018, Ian has been working at OLG, initially as the Director of Procurement - Continuous Improvement and Quality and currently as the Director of Enterprise Business Development.
Ian Shelswell obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stanford University between 2001 and 2004. Prior to this, they studied Economics at Harvard University from 1999 to 2001.
