Lou Simonetti has over 24 years of experience in IT and business applications, currently serving as Senior Manager Solution Delivery at OLG since May 1999. In this role, Lou leads a team focused on analyzing and designing solutions that align with the Technology product roadmap and business objectives. Lou has managed various successful projects, including Workday HCM & Talent and Microsoft Teams. Previous positions at OLG include IT Manager for Enterprise Business Applications and Team Lead for Business Applications, where responsibilities included production support and team performance management. Lou's earlier experience includes a role in the Ontario Ministry of Labour related to the Employment Standards Act. Lou holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Specialization from Laurentian University.
