Maxine Chapman's work experience begins in 1993 with roles at Canada's Wonderland, where they served as an Experiential Event and Sales Manager before becoming a Sr. Marketing Manager, Sponsorship and Promotions. Maxine joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2000, holding various positions such as Customer Marketing Manager, Senior Group Manager, and Director of Customer and Commercial Leadership. At The Coca-Cola Company, Maxine led customer marketing commercialization plans, developed customer value strategies, and managed cross-promotions with major assets. In 2008, they became the Director Planning Integration and Experiential Marketing for the Vancouver Olympic Project Team, and later the Director Experiential Marketing for the London Olympic Project Team, overseeing the execution of innovative brand activations and PR stories. In 2014, Maxine worked as a Principal at xperi-MAX, providing strategic direction and consultation for various projects and clients. Maxine then held the role of Executive Director, Brand Experience at Cineplex Entertainment starting in 2015. Maxine joined Manulife in 2019 as the Head/Lead Global Brand Sponsorship & Impact, and is currently serving as the VP Brand & Marketing Officer at OLG since 2022.

Maxine Chapman holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours degree in Marketing and Communications from Brock University.
