Colton Fenton

Colton Fenton, CPA, has a diverse background in accounting and finance, with significant experience in compensation and payroll management. Colton has held various roles at Olin, progressing from Manager of Global Compensation to Senior Manager of Global Compensation and US Payroll, and currently serves as Associate Director of Total Rewards. Prior to Olin, Colton worked at EY as an Assurance Senior and Assurance Staff, where responsibilities included audit and assurance services, along with an early experience as an Assurance Intern. Academic involvement includes serving as a Teaching Assistant for Basic Accounting Skills at Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
