Jessica Gray

Jessica Gray, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager for Talent Acquisition & Compliance at Olin since October 2019. In this role, Jessica develops recruiting practices to align HR efforts with strategic goals and enhances acceptance and retention rates while ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
