Kevin Watson

Kevin Watson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Olin, where roles have included Vice President of Special Projects, General Manager, Senior Director of Engineering, Maintenance and Strategic Projects, and Director of Strategic Projects. In the current position, Kevin oversees Winchester's support of the Army's 6.8 caliber Next Generation Squad Weapon Ammunition program and leads product, process development, and manufacturing initiatives. As General Manager, responsibilities encompassed all operational areas, including strategic planning and new product development. Kevin also served on the Board of Directors for the University of Mississippi Research Foundation from September 2017 to October 2020. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
