Spencer Stark

Spencer Stark has over three decades of experience in operational excellence and process improvement. Currently employed at Olin Chlor Alkali Products since June 2011, Spencer supports the integrated supply chain organization within the chemical division using various analytical tools to optimize decision-making processes. Prior to this role, an eighteen-year tenure at Motorola as Master Black Belt involved significant achievements in process improvement and program management, applying a Six Sigma approach to deliver measurable results. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University and an MBA from North Central College.
