Kaushik Paul has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Kaushik started their career in 2004 at Wipro BPO as a Technical Support member, where they worked until 2007. Following that, they joined IBM as a Senior Customer Service Representative, holding the position until 2012. In the same year, they worked at Dell as a Subject Matter Expert for a short period. Later in 2012, they joined GetHired, Inc. as an Employer Relations specialist before moving on to Oliso Inc. There, they assumed various roles, including Customer Support Operations Manager and Director Customer Support, leading and managing teams of customer service professionals.
Kaushik Paul completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended D.H.S.K. Commerce College P.O Dibrugarh-786001, where they completed their Higher Secondary education between 1997 and 1999.
