Débora Kretzer

Débora Kretzer is an experienced Talent Acquisition and Development professional, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition & Development Manager at Olist since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading both Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams to enhance the employee journey. Previous roles at Olist include Talent Development Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. Débora has also provided HR mentoring to startups through the Associação Brasileira de Startups and Honey Island Capital. Prior to Olist, Débora held various positions at EBANX, including Global Talent Attraction Manager and HR Business Partner, as well as positions at Rentcars.com, UnitedHealth Group, and GRPCOM. In addition to practical experience, educational qualifications include a degree in Organizational Psychology and ongoing professional executive coaching certification.
