Oliver James
Nick Godson has extensive work experience in the recruitment industry, particularly in the areas of interim and permanent recruitment. Nick was a founding Director at Oliver James, where they served as Chief Commercial Officer from November 2020. In this role, they were responsible for driving the global client strategy, improving client and candidate experience, leading the global Client Relationship team, and overseeing the Executive Search proposition. Their expertise lies in placing senior finance professionals within the (re)insurance industry. Prior to Oliver James, Nick worked as an Auditor at Deloitte from 1999 to 2001. Nick holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies & Accounting from Exeter University.
