Brian Barrios

Brian Barrios is a seasoned professional in talent management with extensive experience in the recruiting and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Talent Management Lead at Oliver Wyman since April 2018, Brian has previously held the roles of Talent Management Lead and Talent Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Brian worked at Allegis Global Solutions as a Recruitment Specialist, contributing to talent acquisition programs for diverse industries. Additionally, Brian served as an Executive Search Consultant at CapMan Consulting, focusing on high-growth industries in the Philippines. Earlier in their career, Brian was the Local Committee Vice President for Talent Management at AIESEC Ateneo de Manila University. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Ateneo de Manila University, earned in 2014.
